Job description

  • Organization of the preparation of project documentation for the project implementation
  • Preparation of documents and ordering of reports and opinions
  • Control of project documentation, deadlines and compliance with quotations
  • Communication with general contractors, subcontractors and technical supervisors
  • Communication with the land registry, building authorities and other state organizations and institutions
  • Provision of historical documents from archives and preparation of documents for applications, delivery to relevant institutions as required by the company
  • Preparation or modification of marketing materials
  • Participation in inspection days
  • Organization of tenders for subcontractors, preparation of documents and evaluation
  • Preparation of material selection, standards, quotations
  • Regular reporting

We demand

  • Work on a trade license
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD required, other graphic or design programs an advantage
  • Higher education in civil engineering or architecture
  • Active attitude, time flexibility, loyalty
  • Creative thinking, team spirit
  • Independence, communicative, pleasant demeanor
  • Organizational skills, ability to solve tasks with regard to priorities
  • Group B driver’s license
